Stir-Fry Rice Hack
Bagged frozen fried rice, a soy-sriracha glaze, and a protein you can sear in 3 minutes

Ingredients
Shared Base
Both partners cook these together
- •16 oz bagged frozen vegetable fried rice
- •2 tbsp soy sauce
- •1 tsp sriracha
- •1 tsp sesame oil
- •2 green onion, sliced
Vegan Path
Crispy Tofu Cubes
- •7 oz extra-firm tofu, cubed
Omnivore Path
Seared Chicken
- •8 oz chicken breast, sliced thin

Cook Together

Heat the bagged fried rice in a large skillet over medium-high until hot and slightly crisped, about 5 minutes.

Whisk soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Drizzle over the rice and toss.
Vegan Path

In a second skillet, sear cubed tofu over high heat until crispy on all sides, about 4 minutes. Pile onto half the rice and top with green onion.
Omnivore Path

In a second skillet, sear sliced chicken over high heat until cooked through, about 4 minutes. Pile onto the other half of the rice and top with green onion.
