- •2 cup frozen mixed vegetable medley
- •2 cup store-bought potato wedges
- •2 tbsp olive oil
- •1 tsp smoked paprika
- •½ tsp garlic powder
- •2 tbsp whole grain mustard (for serving)

Instructions
Cook Together

Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss frozen veg and potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, and garlic powder. Spread on a sheet pan.

Roast for 7 minutes until veg is hot and wedges are crisp.
Vegan Path

Slice vegan sausages and add to one half of the tray for the last 5 minutes of roasting.
Omnivore Path
- 1
Slice Italian sausages and add to the other half of the tray for the full 7 minutes so they cook through.
