Frozen Teriyaki Skillet

Shared Base
Both partners cook these together
- •12 oz bagged frozen stir-fry vegetables
- •⅓ cup jarred teriyaki sauce
- •1 8.5 oz microwave jasmine rice pouch
- •1 tbsp sesame seeds
- •1 tbsp vegetable oil
Vegan Path
Teriyaki Tofu
- •7 oz extra-firm tofu, cubed
Omnivore Path
Teriyaki Shrimp
- •8 oz raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
Instructions
Cook Together

Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add frozen stir-fry veg and cook 5 minutes until crisp-tender.

Microwave the rice pouch per package and divide between two bowls.
Vegan Path
- 1
Push veg to one side, add tofu cubes, sear 3 minutes, then toss with half the teriyaki. Spoon over one bowl of rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Omnivore Path
- 1
Add shrimp to the empty side of the pan, cook 2 minutes per side until pink, then toss with the other half of the teriyaki. Spoon over the other bowl of rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
