Ingredients

Shared Base

Both partners cook these together

  • 16 oz shelf-stable potato gnocchi
  • 1 cup jarred marinara sauce
  • 1½ cup frozen Italian vegetable medley
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs

Vegan Path

White Beans

  • 15 oz can canned white beans, drained

Omnivore Path

Italian Sausage

  • 6 oz Italian sausage, sliced

Instructions

Cook Together

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss gnocchi, frozen veg, marinara, olive oil, and herbs on a sheet pan.

    Roast for 7 minutes until everything is hot and the gnocchi edges are crisp.

Vegan Path

    Halfway through, push half the tray to one side and add drained white beans. Stir gently and finish roasting.

Omnivore Path

  1. 1

    Add sliced Italian sausage to the other half of the tray at the start so it cooks fully alongside the gnocchi.
