Ingredients

Shared Base

Both partners cook these together

  • 2 store-bought naan
  • ½ cup jarred pizza sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp dried oregano

Vegan Path

Vegan Mozzarella + Veg

  • ½ cup shredded vegan mozzarella
  • ¼ cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • ½ cup baby spinach

Omnivore Path

Pepperoni

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 pepperoni slices

Instructions

Cook Together

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 450°F. Brush each naan with olive oil and spread with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with oregano.

    Bake the assembled pizzas (after the toppings step) on a sheet pan for 7 minutes until cheese melts and edges are golden.

Vegan Path

  1. 1

    Top one naan with vegan mozzarella, roasted peppers, and spinach before baking.

Omnivore Path

  1. 1

    Top the other naan with mozzarella and pepperoni before baking.
