- •½ cup kalamata olives
- •1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- •2 cup baby spinach
- •1 lemon
- •1 tbsp olive oil

Falafel

- •¼ cup vegan tzatziki (or hummus)
Omnivore Path
Gyro Meat + Feta
- •6 oz store-bought gyro meat strips, heated
- •¼ cup jarred tzatziki sauce
- •¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Cook Together

Microwave the rice pouch per package (90 seconds) and divide between two bowls.

Top each bowl with olives, tomatoes, cucumber, spinach, a squeeze of lemon, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Heat falafel per package and add to one bowl with vegan tzatziki.
Omnivore Path
