  • 1 cup store-bought hummus
  • 4 pita bread, warmed
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • ½ cup kalamata olives
  • ½ cup jarred roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 lemon

Vegan Path

Falafel

  • 6 frozen falafel, heated

Omnivore Path

Rotisserie Chicken + Feta

  • 1 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded with lemon
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Cook Together

    Warm the pita bread for 30 seconds in the microwave or toaster. Cut into wedges.

    Arrange hummus, carrots, olives, roasted peppers, and tomatoes on two plates.

Vegan Path

    Heat falafel per package (oven, microwave, or air fryer). Add to one plate with extra lemon.

Omnivore Path

  1. 1

    Add shredded rotisserie chicken (squeezed with lemon) and crumbled feta to the other plate.
