Ingredients

Shared Base

Both partners cook these together

  • 2 store-bought flatbread or pita pizza crust
  • 1 bagged Caesar salad kit
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Vegan Path

Crispy Chickpeas

  • 15 oz can canned chickpeas, drained
  • 2 tbsp shredded vegan parmesan

Omnivore Path

Rotisserie Chicken

  • 1 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Cook Together

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Brush flatbreads with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.

    Bake the topped flatbreads for 7 minutes until golden. Toss the Caesar kit and divide between two plates.

Vegan Path

  1. 1

    Top one flatbread with drained chickpeas and vegan parmesan before baking. Use only the salad greens (skip the dressing if it's not vegan; substitute olive oil + lemon).

Omnivore Path

  1. 1

    Top the other flatbread with mozzarella and shredded chicken before baking. Toss the Caesar kit per package.
