Ingredients

Shared Base

Both partners cook these together

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cup bagged shredded romaine lettuce
  • 4 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 3 tbsp buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced

Vegan Path

Buffalo Cauliflower

  • 1½ cup frozen breaded cauliflower bites
  • 2 tbsp vegan ranch (or check label)

Omnivore Path

Buffalo Chicken

  • 1½ cup frozen breaded chicken bites
  • 2 tbsp blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

Cook Together

    Warm both tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds.

    Spread ranch on each tortilla and layer with romaine and celery.

Vegan Path

  1. 1

    Heat cauliflower bites in the air fryer or oven per package, then toss with half the buffalo sauce. Pile onto one tortilla and roll tight.

Omnivore Path

  1. 1

    Heat chicken bites in the air fryer or oven per package, then toss with the other half of the buffalo sauce. Pile onto the other tortilla, top with blue cheese, and roll tight.
