  • 1 baguette, halved lengthwise
  • 1 cup jarred carrot-daikon slaw
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • ½ cucumber, sliced
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced

Vegan Path

Baked Tofu

  • 6 oz baked tofu, sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegan mayo (or check label)

Omnivore Path

Rotisserie Chicken

  • 1 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded

Instructions

Cook Together

    Toast the baguette halves lightly in a dry skillet or oven.

    Mix mayo with sriracha and spread on both halves.

Vegan Path

    Layer baked tofu slices on one half. Top with carrot-daikon slaw, cucumber, jalapeño, and cilantro.
